Could you help my please. What is phrase correct? Thank you very much! "What’s the weather like today?" or "How’s the weather today?"

They're both correct!

In reality, nobody will ever think about those differences if you ask them about the weather, so you can use either one. It won't matter.

"How is ...?" is a question that invites a reply based on feeling/mood, while "what is ... like?" is a question that invites a reply based on thought/reason/analysis. So it's emotional vs factual.
