The new Chat Now has its own pros and cons. The team is working on shooting some bugs. And at the moment, it still doesn't support voice and video chat. But soon, we will add those functions with the Group chatrooms into Chat Now. And the new Chat Now can help save five latest chat histories. And it supports voice alert. Simply click on Settings. And then tick Voice Alert.

Hello, You have to check the little Chat icon at the top. If somebody initiates a chat it flashes. Same if you missed a chat request. You must then click on it in order to find your messages. You also now have the choice between appearing Available/Busy/Invisible. To initiate a conversation you can probably still do it the usual way but you can as well open the new chat window and click on somebody's name. Sophie.
