Like or as?
1) I don't watch TV as much my sister does.
2) I don't watch TV like my sister does.
Are the sentences correct? Does its have the same meaning?

1) I don't watch TV as much AS my sister does. OK
2) I don't watch TV like my sister does. This is a bit unusual to me. I would always use the first sentence if I'm saying my sister watches more TV than me.
I don't play football like my brother does - this means he is better than me at football, not that he plays more than l do.
