"Learning to wait" this indicates impatience " endless parade" it happens many times " of our same old see you next time" this is a a good bye until we meet again, So putting all that together (and not having more context), I would think that this person is saying that they are getting tired of the state of a relationship, they want to move it forward but it continues to doing the same things which always end in "see you next time". There needs to be a new development. I am sure that you will have other answers :-)
