1. I want to live near by a big city.
2. I want to live near a big city.
3. I want to live by the sea.
4. I want to live by a big city.
5. I want to live in a nearby city.
6. I want to live in a big nearby.
Thank you;)#6 is typo. What I meant to say was "6. I want to live in a big city nearby.".Let me ask one more question. Are "nearby" and "near by" the same thing? In terms of grammar too?

Yes, 1 and 6 are not right. For #1, you can't use nearby in that way. You can say "I want to live in a nearby city," meaning you want to live in a city that is close to where you are living now. You can also say "I want to live near a big city," meaning you don't want to live IN the city, but close to it.
Sentence #6, "I want to live in a big nearby," just doesn't make any sense.
The rest of the sentences are fine.
