There is no direct expression. Japanese people say "Douzo yoroshiku onegai shimasu." which literally means "Please be kind with me." This is an expression which you use when meeting someone for the first time and it is meant to create an amiable atmosphere. I have always the feeling Japanese use a lot of words just for atmosphere and feeling, no contents.
