This is such a strange question that I don't think I can give you an answer. You've even used a word that doesn't exist (you actually misspelled it; and even then we hardly use that word.) Perhaps the answer is "no", but perhaps you could explain yourself a little more clearly?

So, I just looked up RP. It's the "upper class" accent usually associated with British English. It was, apparently, very common starting around the early 1900's and was taught in schools (hence "received pronunciation", because it was "received" in school. Not at home.) That being said...yeah. I'm not a huge fan of the RP.
