We call "Korean adjectives" "descriptive verbs" because adjectives conjugate like verbs in Korean.

Adjectives change their endings the same way as verbs. They can be also used as modifying adjectives but then you must modify the stem of the adjective.
ex.
블라우스가 예뻐요. The blouse is pretty.
예쁜 블라우스가 있어요. I have pretty blouse.
집이 편리해요. The house is convinient.
편리한 집에서 살아요. I live in convenient house.
