Strategy
Strategy& (the clumsy new name for Booz & Company),
so does the word "clumsy" indicates that this new name was called by people for fun and not the official name of the firm?

No. "Clumsy" is the opposite of "graceful." Literally, it means being awkward--dropping things, for example. "I was clumsy. I dropped the glass and broke it." "He was so clumsy that while we were dancing he stepped on my foot."
It can mean socially inept.
Here, it means the new name for the company, "Strategy&", is a badly chosen name. It's clumsy because when people here it they are going to say "What's that?" They will misspell it, they will mispronounce it.
It actually IS the new name for Booz & Company.
Here's why it's clumsy.
A: Hi, I'm from Strategy&.
B: I'm sorry, what company did you say you were from?
A: Strategy&.
B: Strategy and what?
A: No, just Strategy&.
B: You'd better spell that.
A: S, T, A, R, T, E, G, Y, AND.
B: ... yes?
A: That's all.
B: You said "Y and," what comes after the Y?
A: An ampersand
B: What's that? I can never remember. Is that the little tic-tac-toe thing?
A: No, it's the little curly thing that means "and." It's over the 7 on your keyboard.
