If you can, ask someone that you will be working with for any particular expressions common to the company, and what they mean in common English. Often a company will develop its own unique set of expressions.

As well as booking a lesson with a teacher (I also teach business English), you can simply put your question into Google or Bing, or any other search engine, and you'll get plenty of links.
