You mean "squishy". It has more to do with how it feels than how it looks. To squish (or actually squash) is to press on something that will contract and flatten under that pressure, like a sponge or a pillow. Dogs and children have squishy toys. A squishy nose feels very soft when you press it, like there is no cartilage (no bone). We all have squishy nose tips but your finger doesn't go far because you hit the bone right away. Some people don't have that so almost their whole noses are squishy. It's a little weird to feel.
