mankind - all or the whole
If I'm speaking about people who live on the Earth, which one is correct "the whole mankind" or "all (the) mankind".
Let me give you the sentence:
"Global problems cause debates among politicians, scientists and all mankind in common."
BTW, is ''among' appropriate here? or should I use "between"

You can say either 'all mankind' or 'the whole of mankind'.
And yes, 'among' is fine here, and preferable to 'between'.
I'm not sure that the phrase 'in common' is right here, though. Perhaps you could delete it?

It would be "all of mankind" or "all mankind".

Little tip, use between when comparing 2 elements, use among when comparing 3 or more elements. The others comments already give you the answer for your question.
