With the help of a dictionary, I've come up with: 1. sprinkles 2. grated coconut 3. if they're metallic, I'd call them 'silver balls' 4. as cardex05 suggests, 'dulce de leche'. There's no equivalent term, but this lovely stuff is available in English-speaking countries, sold with the Spanish name.
