I was just wondering is this two form both imperative? I'll try to write two sentence.

These are not imperative, but requesting, asking form.

And you'd better add degree adverbs middle of the sentences.

ex)
커피 "좀" 주세요.
커피 "한 잔만" 주세요.

'주십시오'  is literal style.
If you want to say more respectfully, you can say " 커피 한 잔만 주시겠어요?"

~십시오 is very official and feel like hard. So it feels like "we have far distance but i have to tell you this". We dont use it for people familiar. For example you meet our president n he try to kiss you and you didnt like it coz you dont know very well, in that case you can say 키스하지 마십시오. But if it is your father, you can say 하지 마세요. If it is a boy you hate, you can say 하지 마!

Another example, you have businiss meeting and after meeting they offer you to go dinner. On the table they say 맛있게 드십시오. But it was with your korean teacher you might say 맛있게 드세요, n your teacher say to you maybe 맛있게 먹어요. n to your friend, 맛있게 먹어.

But normally women rarely use 습니다, 십시오 coz i think in korean culture, they allow women to use 으세요, 아/어요 even in the official situation.
