I don't know which kind of programmes you are looking for, but maybe you like tv series as "Velvet" or "El tiempo entre costuras" (Antena 3 is the channel). You can find them on the internet. In this channel you can also watch some game shows that can be easy to understand ("Ahora caigo", for example).

Aida is a comedy about a peculiar family. It is broadcast by telecinco. You should watch it! it is an amazing TV serie!

Oh well! hah channels.. Cuatro and Antena tres are my favourite :) you can also check out Telecinco but I dont really like it.. by the way 'Tiempo entre costuras' is TOO BORING haha I always watch 'ciga a citas' it rocks :) Good luck!
