I would definitely say intermediate, but I couldn't say if it's intermediate or upper-intermediate. Your level in a language isn't only dependent on your listening skills. Speaking, reading and writing also determine your level, so it's hard to "assign" an overall level just based on one set of skills. That said, understanding 84% is pretty good, especially if you're understanding a lot of the inside jokes and cultural references. I have many native English speaking friends who don't get half the jokes because they're too young or too old to understand the things that the cutaway gags and random scenes depict or parody.
