What does the 'tails' mean in this context?
Does it mean hair or something?

The only thing that tails might be is an old-fashioned and very formal men's jacket that is cut with two long 'tails' at the back. Usually worn with a top hat. Top hat and tails? Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire?
Otherwise, and more prosaically, it could - as Gillian suggests - just be towels.

I have never heard of this, it is more likely to be towels, the bathroom is a mess, you didn't pick up your towels. Why didn't you pick up your towels?

We really can't know unless we see the video. As far as I can guess from the full subtitles, there are several people in this scene.
I also wonder if it's a accent thing and it's how the character says "towels".
