饐is a very rare word in chinese. it might be used in classical chinese.if you want to say an egg which is rotten, you can say "臭鸡蛋(chou ji dan)"
chocolate ice-cream meansa kind of ice-cream with chocolate flavor? if you mean that we say"巧克力口味的冰糕"

In Chinese we ususally don't say 饐鸡蛋. "Rotten eggs" in Mandarin is 臭鸡蛋(just like what these two people say here).
Chocolate ice-cream is 巧克力冰激凌 or 巧克力冰淇淋(both are the same) in Mandarin. Of course their accents are different from mine so their way to express Chocolate ice_cream in Mandarin is different from mine.
