Is this Japanese? Hello all, and sorry for the randomness of this post. However, in addition to an avid language-learner, I am a music producer. Revisiting an old creation, I found a cool sample, however I can not remember where it originated from, and am unfortunately still in the mostly written phase of my Japanese learning, so I can not yet distinguish it correctly.
