I agree with Jaime, there could be many translations. Depending on the context, I'd probably say: "I don't want anything to do with you, get away."

Steven. Hay muchas formas como puedes decirlo, aquí te dejo una de ellas con la misma connotación:
I don't want to hear from you, now get away!
