in what context can I use it?
What does it mean Go get 'em, Tiger? I am guessing be brave or something like that, in what context can I use it? can you give me some examples to understand better this common english phrase.

The above is correct & is usually used as a term of encouragement eg in junior sport by parents to encourage their sons to kick a goal.

It is an idiomatic expression that is meant to bolster one's confidence. In the 1950s fathers were known to call their sons pet names like "tiger" or "sport". The word "em" is an abbreviation of the word "them".
So the basic idea is of an older more experienced man telling a younger man to try his best.
