чтобы и чтоб
- союз (говори громче, чтобы все слышали; хочу, чтобы все это поняли)
- частица (чтобы я тебя здесь больше не видел!);
- местоимение - что бы (что бы предпринять?)

There are not much difference between these words. You can you both чтобы and чтоб and что бы. It doesn't matter in speaking language
