If A bores B, then A is boring and B is bored. 'Bored' and 'boring' are derived from the passive voice and continuous forms of 'to bore' respectively. If you understand how to use passive voice and continuous tense, you can always figure out how to use any adjective ending in 'ed' or 'ing' from the original verb.

Well, boring plus a noun is an adjective. For instance: that film was very boring, I will never watch it again. Bored means someone's condition, when someone feels boredom I'm bored at the moment as I'm all alone here....
