Normally, time + 만에 we need 띄어쓰기.
결혼한 지 2년 만에 아기를 낳았대요
남자 친구와 사귄 지 10년 만에 결혼 했어요.
but 오래 combine with 만에, without 띄어쓰기?
오랜만에 학교에 갔어요.
오랜만이에요.

This sentences are grammatically correct.
오랜만(or 오래간만) is a noun so you don't need the word spacing.
