Do the Russian alphabet & Greek alphabet have common letters?

I think yes. Not comon but similar
Α α, Γ γ, Κ κ, Χ χ, Φ φ, Τ τ, Π π, Ρ ρ, Λ λ, Ο ο
These Greek letters look and sound like russian (Cyrillic) analogs
Greek alphabet is an ancestor of Cyrillic one (made by Cyril and Mefodyi)

Unfortunately, not :( There are some that are commonly pronounced (for example, a). More over, in Russian, there are 33 letters!

No, Russian alphabet and Greek alphabet do not have common letters. Even if there are some which are similar in writing, nevertheless they sound differently.
