Are both sentences OK? Or how would you say it?
(I mean some people might have an argue, fight etc. any minute)
It got really nervous here.
It got really heated here.

Heated works fine.
You wouldn't use nervous. Tense, like there was tension between people in the room.
"It got really tense in here."
