To me, bizarre is very out of the ordinary, where it is inexplicable. While weird could be closer to odd/strange. You hear 'weird,' more often then bizarre. You can use weird to describe people as weird- "You're so weird,' while bizarre describes experiences/objects. Overall, they are very similar and can often be interchanged; bizarre, strange, odd and weird.

Bizarre is when something happens that is totally ridiculous and strange, so strange that you cannot understand it. You would then say 'That was bizarre'.
Weird, can be substituted for strange or odd etc. It is mainly used to describe people or objects that are unusual. 'She was a bit weird'.
Hope this helps a little.
