Phoebe: (to Rachel) What's the matter? Why so SCRUCHY?
Rachel: It's my father. He wants to give me a Mercedes convertible .

Rachel: Yeah, well, it's a Mercedes if I move back home. Oh, it was horrible. He called me YOUNG LADY.

Hi Eva!
The language here is very colloquial and informal, which is why the expressions might seem a little strange.
Cakey pie thing - something a bit like a cake and a bit like a pie - I guess Ross is trying to describe a dish that was a bit of a mess, but still tasty!
Scrunchy (am guessing it's scrunchy and not scruchy) - scrunching describes something wrinkling up, and I imagine it's referring to Rachel's facial expression - perhaps frowning, looking annoyed or worried.
Young lady - a phrase that is characteristic of a parent scolding a daughter. "Now look here, young lady!" for example.
Hope that helps!
