http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Category:Polish_conjunctions here you have some list, you should have a look at: i=oraz, a, ale=lecz, albo=lub, bo=ponieważ, jeśli=jeżeli, więc, że I and A are tricky ;) These are just the basic ones, not all from this list are presently used.
