First watch videos and films in English, to see how natives speak. Then you could read out sentences to practise pronunciation. Speaking to yourself can also help, thus you concentrate on speaking, instead of worrying about the mistakes you may make. After that, it's a great way to practise by talking to a native speaker - since you have already practised the pronunciation, it should be easier.
