In this case you don't really need to translate the verb "finish" directly, you can say "Tá mé ag fanacht go raibh na capaill cothaithe ag Josh" = Hiberno-English "I'm waiting till Josh has the horses fed".
"Go raibh" here is the present subjunctive of "bí", but you could also use the future instead: "go mbeidh".
