Polite conversation beginning
How I can start conversation with unfamiliar person to be polite? I'd like make good impression. I know just one way: to say "I glad to meet you". Could you give me examples of beginning sentence?

There are lots of safe conversation starters, depending on the situation and your location.
The weather is always very safe - 'lovely day isn't it'. 'oh dear it looks like it might rain'. If you are at a social event, 'what a wonderful party', 'everyone seems to be enjoying themselves'.
If you are in an unfamiliar place, you can always go with ' hello, I am a visitor here, what about you?'. 'I don't really know anyone here, what about you?' If they don't know anyone either, then that gives you something in common, and if they do, they can introduce you, or tell you a bit about what is going on. Compliments never go astray so if you are in someone else's country, a polite comment about how beautiful it is, how kind and helpful people are being, how much you are looking forward to some event/sightseeing trip will almost certainly get a friendly response.
