Can someone explain the difference between o and Onlar when used in a sentence? What are the meanings of These words?

'O' means 'he', 'she', 'it' or 'that'; 'onlar' is the plural form, meaning 'they'.

plural (we, you, they) = çoğul (biz, siz, onlar)
