How do you say the months in Japanese?

Here you are:
January 一月 (いちがつ) February 二月 (にがつ) March 三月 (さんがつ)
April 四月 (しがつ) May 五月 (ごがつ) June 六月 (ろくがつ)
July 七月 (しちがつ) August 八月 (はちがつ) September 九月 (くがつ)
October 十月 (じゅうがつ) November 十一月 (じゅういちがつ) December 十二月 (じゅうにがつ)
Please remember that we have other words/way to count month(s), for example, for one month, two months ago, after three months:
一か月 (いっかげつ)、二か月 (にかげつ)、三か月 (さんかげつ)、…
or
ひと月、ふた月、三か月、…

You would say the month number such as January = 1 = いち then you would put 月 (ごつ) after so say March March would be そんげつ or そん月

Additional:
April= shi-gatsu (not yon-gatsu)
July= shichi-gatsu (not nana-gatsu)
September= ku-gatsu (not kyuu-gatsu)

They're named by number, so for example may (the fifth month) would be "go gatsu" (五月) five month.

It's easy! You just say the number that the month is in order, and then the kanji for month! Example: 1月、2月、3月 et cetera!
