I want to end my talk (spoken) with:
Thank you "Name", I love you and I miss you.
Are these ok?
谢谢"Name" 我爱你 我想你.
谢谢"Name" 我爱你 也想你.

but u really can not end ur talk in this way ,because it is not Chinese customs
u only can use these words talk with ur girl friend or ur wife

I love you = 我爱你
I miss you= 我想你

Thank you baby(darling), I love you and miss you so much.
we usually do not put name after we say thank you, even we do sometimes, we will add the name after 'you'. and do not repeat subject twice.

谢谢 (name)我爱你,好想你。You do not need to add 也 or any other conjunction word. In Chinese they use conjunctions a lot less than other languages, especially in spoken language.
