How would you say that one of your colleague is trying to make you fire (or lose your job). Can we say:
he will make me fire from my job by reporting all my faults to the boss

One way is to say,"He is trying to get me fired by reporting my faults or mistakes to the boss."

You would use "get fired."
So, "He will get me fired from my job by reporting all my faults to the boss."
