Just because we’re both Chinese doesn’t mean we keep in touch all the time. Should "doesn't" be preceded by a "it" in this sentence?

Doesn't usually is preceeded by he, she, it or the name of third party. Michael/He doesn't like pizza. Jennifer/She doesn't know the answer. The dog/It doesn't bark at night.
