No because u talk about future and the second one is wrong ;)
If you wanna use it in past tense it should be (we stayed until the rain stoped).

Both of these sentences mean the same thing. They also mean the same thing as these two sentences.
1. Let's leave only after it had stopped raining.
2. Let's not leave until only after it has stopped raining.
