Anyways is not a real word it is a casual/slang form of anyway, it has the same meaning.

Anyways is not actually a real word. It is slang and only used in speech. in it should always be 'anyway'.

I don't know why people say it. It's incorrect. Don't use it.
However, in the U.S. it is fairly common, even among well-educated people.
Another word that is simply wrong, yet fairly common, is "acrost" instead of "across."

This is a non-standard form used by some people in the USA. It isn't considered 'proper English'. Please don't use this form - the correct word is 'anyway'.
