Can someone explain this phrase for me
There is a story about Omar the great companion. In this story I didn't get "ساورت نفسه بإرجاعه"

اشترى عمر بن الخطاب ـ رضي الله عنه ـ
وهو أمير المؤمنين حصاناً وسار بعيداً عن البائع وركبه ليجربه ..
فأصيب الحصان بعطب .
فساورته نفسه بإرجاعه ظناً منه أن البائع خدعه فيه .
ولكن البائع رفض قبول الحصان من أمير المؤمنين .

ومعنى أصابه عطب: أى انه وجد عيبا ما فى الحصان أى وجود مشكلة
