What's the difference between Shrimp and Prown

I think you mean 'Prawn'. That depends a bit on what country you are interested in. I think that the USA only uses the word 'shrimp'. Here in New Zealand, and in Australia, it is a matter of size. A shrimp is smaller - maybe up to 4-5cm long. Anything larger than that is a prawn.
