You should try emailing or calling the head office of Italki.com. They should have the answer you are looking for.

Hello Anne!

I have just made the same mistake after being on Italki for six years!  I accidently trnsferred a very large sum of money to my student account, which I NEVER use.
Did you hqve any issue getting the money back please?
