what does it mean?
몇시간잤어어제아침에~
I'm sure 98% it means "How many hours did you sleep yesterday"
But 2% of me says its "what time did you sleep yesterday"
When I keep reading the sentence I say "No it can't be what time....etc it must be how many ...etc"
But then again I say "No it must be the second one!"
I don't like it when I get confused :(
Maybe because I havent been studying korean since 2012 :(

"How many hours did you sleep yesterday ? 어제 몇시간에 잤어요?
what time did you sleep yesterday ? 어제 몇 시(부터) 잤어요?

If there is "간" at the end of a time construction (몇시간) as you see in this case, it means "period of time". So the full sentence can be translated as:
1. How many hours you (I, he, etc.) slept yesterday morning?
2. Yesterday morning you (I, etc.) slept a few hours.

I slept a few hours in yesterday morning.

I think in this case the word order is incorrect, and it's a reason why you get confused.
