As for the second question,I wonder whether racial discrimination is indeed a serious problem.

Hello Kara,
It's hard to say if there are indeed concerning this community.
At least i've never met anyone who prejudice
the others by sending offensive messages.
People are mostly friendly here.

1) A meber of a language Google group I'm in suggested us Italki, I tried and so here I am...
2) I've never met racists here but it's mathematically probable there are some - really a few, I hope! I see racism every day even in my country (which pretends to be very civilized...!), just think our government is planning move against gipsy children! :(
So yes, discriminations (not only the racial one) are still a great serious problem!

look the racism problem is alomost disappeared alos here on italki except some people who has a disease in their heart and they r not ok they are complicated

Hi .. it is nice here because the most of italki's members are so nice, kind and sweet, now i have mad a lot of friends from hole world especially from china. Italki is good for who wanna learn languages !
