'What's the difference between ...... and ...?'
The normal phrasal verb we use for removing clothes is 'take off'. For example, 'It was an informal dinner, so I took off my jacket and tie.' The opposite is 'put on'.
'Pull off' is has the same meaning, but with a faster and more energetic movement. 'My feet were really hurting, so I pulled off my shoes as soon as I got through the door.'
We can't use 'put off' with clothes, and it is rare to use 'get off' with clothes.
