Jan=> jaan mean life,if you use that with somebody name mean dear! and when people don't understand something,they may reply, jaan? In this case it mean "excuse me"
- Che khabar?=> what's up?
- Hichi=> nothing
- To che khabr bokhi=> what's up? and that should be "khubi?" to mean "are you fine?"
- Fadat tate=>"fadat" means I'll sacrifice myself for you but it's also an informal way to say thank you and tate is an incorrect word,if that is "are" mean yeah
- Doset midaram=>I love you
- Ma bishtar bos=>we more (that person said we to be cute) and boos mean kiss
-Aksaram goftam be sara besh bega=> I said to sara to tell him about photos
-Asan fek konm ax nagereft on=>I think she/he didn't take any photo
-Man inaxaro dashtam gozashtam fb asan onai ke shomam hastino nadaram=> I had this photos and I put them on fb,I didn't have photo of you guys
-Mikhay. Bezaram fb. Okay? => do you want I put them on fb? ok?
-Man ke moshkel nadaram bezar chera ke nA =>I don't have any problem,why not?
-Basha dadashi be moshglam=>ok bro and I don't know what is that moshglam. it's incorrect word too

sometimes Jan is used when somebody calls your name and you answer "Jan". the conversation goes like this:
-Sara!
-Jan (it means: yes dear)
Hope it was helpful :)
