To use or not to use the suffix '-san' 'San(さん)' is a polite title in Japanese. In English it is sometimes used as a suffix to a family or personal name, such as 'Yamada-san' or 'Ken-san'. I'm really happy to know some people try to know our culture and language and show their interest by using in that way, but I guess that the word '-san' is still a foreign word, even though the Oxford English Dictionary and the Random House Dictionary have already picked it up in them. Although native English speakers know how to use such a foreign word naturally, I don't think it is a good idea to use '-san' between Japanese people.
