Rephrasings CAE
26) As far as I'm concerned, this is the best college to study at.
RATHER
There __(is no college I'd rather)__ study at than this one.
The teacher told me it's better to say 'are no colleges' instead of the singular form. Would be the first one wrong?
3) It was easy to find the information I needed.
DIFFICULTY
I __(didn't find any difficulty in getting)__ hold of the information I needed.
The correct answer would be 'had no difficulty (in) getting', because in CAE you can't write over six words or something. Is my option incorrect?
Thank you :)

1) There is no college I'd rather study at than this one.
That sentence is perfect. I'm not sure what your teacher is on about.
2) Yes it's incorrect. You could write it like this 'I didn't have any difficulty getting hold of the information I needed.

1. I think you're answer is better than your teacher's. 'There is no..' is a better paraphrase of the superlative. Both would be accepted - but I prefer yours!
2. Yes, you are only allowed to write a maximum of 6 words.
