1- Wie geht es dir ?
2-Wie viel kosten diese Mangos ?
3- Wie fern ist der Laden ?
4- Wie lange braucht man bis zum Flughafen?
5- Wie lange bleiben die Geschaefte offen in dieser Gegend?
As you see you will be adding viel , fern, lange etc to " Wie" to give different meanings .
You could use many other adjectives such as , Wie gross , Wie nah , etc ( How big , How near etc).
