There are many possibilities:
한국어 조금밖에 못해요.
한국어 조금밖에 할 줄 몰라요.
한국어 조금밖에 몰라요.
한국어 조금만 할 수 있어요.
You can change 조금 to 쪼끔 to emphasize that it's really a little.

저는 오직 한국어를 조금 알고있다.
but I usually say "I don't know Korean very well." that I guess mean "저는 한국어 잘 모르겠어요"

I would just say "한국어를 잘 못해요" (I can't speak Korean very well), but Hyejeong offers some more precise answers.
